One table, computed from the archive — no surveys, no estimates, no vibes. Flag rate is the share of a store's checked deals whose claimed list price failed the check; deals whose list price could not be judged yet are excluded from that rate's denominator, never counted as honest. Median true discount is the median of the real discount (against each item's recorded median price) across the store's checked deals. A store with few checked deals has a thin index, and the counts say so — the count behind every rate is always on the table.
